Buying a home should be easy for new home buyers because there are so many
Bank owned foreclosed homes, But no one wants to pay for a monthly membership just
to see where there located. Real estate agents don't tell you were there at unless there
desperate to sell a house. If you come to Yuba City,CA you might find some just by walking
down the street. I seen one that was a 3 bed, 2 bath home for $124,000 it had Foreclosed written all over it. What you need to look at before you buy a home. Don't buy something that
cost more in repairs than the house is worth talk them down, or have them fix all the major problems. Or If you want you can always get a home loan
